St Ann’s Square is lined with buildings of architectural merit and is surrounded by businesses and shopping arcades, as well as coffee shops with outside seating areas.
The square is a conservation area and home to St Ann’s Church and the Royal Exchange Theatre. It provides a route to Deansgate shopping area, New Cathedral Street and the Arndale Shopping Centre.
