Elonex is spreading the love this Valentine’s Day with a £250,000 donation of advertising space across its network of digital billboards to promote the incredible work of the Birmingham City Foundation.
This gesture is the first of its kind for Elonex and the campaign will run within a 12-month period starting from today (February 14, 2025).
By leveraging the digital screen network, Elonex hopes the advertising space will help increase awareness, drive engagement, and ultimately support fundraising efforts, volunteers, and participation in the Foundation’s programmes.
The Birmingham City Foundation is committed to helping those most in need and uses the power of football to engage with the local community. It continues to impact people of all ages and change lives, from grassroots football to education and social inclusion.
Birmingham City Interim Chief Executive Officer, Jeremy Dale, commented: “We are blown away by this wonderful gesture of generosity.
“Birmingham City is a club that genuinely cares about its community, and that is shared by the incredible work that the Blues Foundation does in and around the city.
“The community is at the heart of our club and the difference it makes – and the lives it changes – is being recognised externally.
“We want to thank Nick Smith at Elonex for their support towards the Foundation with this fantastic gift and we look forward to our community work being highlighted over the course of this campaign. KRO.”
Nick Smith, CEO of Elonex, added: “We’ve been hugely impressed with how the Birmingham City Foundation has grown and the incredible work it does in the community, and we wanted to help by providing something meaningful and that can make a real difference.
“We see this to be much more than just about advertising, and hope it amplifies the heart of the club and helps change lives – and what better day to announce things on than Valentine’s Day!”
