Digital display technology specialist Elonex has been announced as a major sponsor of the 2017 Gloucester Tall Ships Festival over the upcoming Bank Holiday weekend (27-29 May).
Long-standing supporters of events in Gloucester, Elonex will have its branding carried on the access-all-areas wristbands now on sale for the flagship attraction at Gloucester Docks.
Priced only £7, the wristbands are valid for all three days of the festival and provide entry to all seven of the tall ships taking part, the Soldiers of Gloucestershire Museum and the Gloucester Waterways Museum.
Organised by Marketing Gloucester, this year’s Tall Ships Festival is expected to attract record crowds of up to 150,000 over the three days.
Creating market leading propositions, the Elonex UK digital network includes large format roadside LED advertising billboards and digital screens at major entertainment venues, shopping malls and sports stadiums.

Access-all-areas wristbands for the Gloucester Tall Ships Festival are available from www.gloucestertallships.co.uk and from the Gloucester Tourist Information Centre.
Day passes costing £3, which will provide only access to the site, are available at the gate and from the Gloucester Tourist Information Centre.
In addition to a record seven ships, for the first time the festival will include a life-saving demonstration by dogs from Newfound Friends action from the Industry Pro Wakeboard Tour, plus, sword fighting displays from Captain Jack, live music, a vintage fairground, food and drink stalls, Victorian characters and the third Gloucester Shanty Festival.
