Elonex Giant Screen Kicks Off Big Summer of Sport at Resorts World Birmingham

June 13, 2016

Resorts World Birmingham is to broadcast live coverage of this summer’s major sporting events on a stunning Elonex giant LED screen.
The screen, measuring an unmissable 30m², has been installed immediately outside of Resorts World Birmingham on Pendigo Way, an area of the leading leisure and entertainment complex that has been transformed into a sports fan’s paradise.
An exciting sporting spectacle of flags, team kits, AstroTurf and decorative running tracks will greet fans at ‘pitch side’ , where people are invited to gather and soak up the atmosphere of events  including Euro 2016, Wimbledon, Royal Ascot and the Olympics, which will all be shown on the giant screen.
All of the live action on the giant screen will also be watched from the terraces of the venue’s World Bar and High Line New York Bar and Lounge, making the Resort an absolute must visit this summer.
The Elonex giant screen boasts the very latest in cutting edge visual and audio technology and was in place at the Resorts World Birmingham for the first game of Euro 2016 on Friday 10th June, and will remain there right through until the end of August.
In addition to broadcasting all of the sporting action, the giant screen will also enable Resorts World Birmingham to air advertisements for other events and special offers available at the venue, and keep visitors fully informed about the great competitions and customer incentives it has planned for the summer.
The Elonex Giant LED screen at Resorts World Birmingham once again demonstrates the commercial value of attracting and retaining visitors through the power of visual technology, and is the latest in a string of projects where Elonex has worked closely with major venues to deliver large-format digital display equipment to ensure unique and unforgettable spectator experiences.
